The project "Rient C" is a multi-story building with a distinct architectural form shaped through a
process of extrusion. This means that the initial base form has been extended vertically, creating
a consistent yet dynamic volumetric presence. The building consists of multiple floors, each
serving a specific function. The ground and first floors are dedicated to commercial spaces,
establishing an active public interface with the surroundings. As the structure rises, the upper
floors transition into private spaces, ensuring a clear separation between public and residential
zones.
The facade integrates contrasting black and white tones, with a combination of open balconies
and recessed windows, creating depth and variation. The lower floors are largely transparent,
suggesting commercial spaces at the base, while the upper levels are designed for residential
use.
